Just another slider phone

Samsung seems to have prepared one more handset for a future release, although they have yet to announce it. The SGH-F330 is a pretty good looking handset, although it brings nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to performances or even design.

Slider phone form has been Samsung's favorite over the past time and the SGH-F330 handset also uses that shape and looks stylish in it. The large, reflective display screen resembles LG Shine's, although, when the keypad is slid out, the metal pattern disappears.

Samsung SGH-F330 has a 2.1 inch screen, with 262k colors and a resolution of up to 240 x 320 pixels. That's just enough to respond to the user's needs for viewing images and videos at an average quality. A larger one would have probably been useless, as the handset does not hold any mobile TV capabilities or anything in demand for high performances.

The phone comes in pretty compact sizes, at 103 x 48 x 12.8 mm, quite impressive for a slider phone, although it does not pack overwhelming capabilities. There's also a 2 megapixel camera, packed for providing captures at an average quality. Specifications also claim that there is an additional VGA front camera, for video calls. Still, the image reveals nothing of the sort, although further information could sustain this fact.

Samsung SGH-F330 is capable of HSDPA connectivity, which means that it can provide data transfer speeds of up to 3.6 Mbps for its user. There are 20 MB of internal memory for storing personal files, but also a microSD slot, as the default space will surely prove to be insufficient.

This new slider phone from Samsung is actually a media phone, with high music rendering capabilities. Still, no word from the producer on the date we should expect this phone to be put up for an official release.
