14 DAY TRIAL // Owners of a Galaxy Grand smartphone in India can now download and install two new software updates for the device, courtesy of Samsung themselves.
The new updates are rolling out over-the-air, AndroidOS notes, and can be easily downloaded through heading to Settings > About Device > Software Update > Update.
Users will be provided with a 27.86MB update first, packing a series of stability improvements and bringing the software on the device up to build JZO54K.I9082XXAMAC.
The second update weighs 21.17MB and is said to bring along a feature related to a Blocking Mode on the device, while updating the phone’s build number to JZO54K.I9082XXAMB3.
However, no new platform version will be provided as part of these updates, and users will continue to have Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean running on the phone.
