South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics has started to push out a new software update for the Galaxy S 4 smartphone in India, only several days after making the device available for purchase in the country.

The new update arrives on handsets as software I9500DDUAMDK, and weighs only 53.76 MB. According to a recent article on SammyHub, the update is being delivered over-the-air.

Unfortunately, no specific info on what was included in the new software update has been provided as of now, through rumor has it at there are mainly bug fixes. The stability of the device is said to have been improved as well.

For those out of the loop, it should be noted that the Galaxy S 4 was launched in India with an Exynos 5 Octa processor packed inside.
