Samsung has just kicked off the rollout of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S III and rumors suggested the Galaxy Note 2 could follow soon.

Unfortunately, it appears that the South Korean company had to stop the deployment due to some issues experienced by many users who downloaded and install the Android 4.3 update on their Galaxy S III units.

PhonesReview reports the update has already reached some regions, including the UK where it was available for download OTA (over the air) for most unlocked Galaxy S III devices.

Among the most common issues reported by Galaxy S III was the laggy lock screen, as well random freezes and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

Those who decided not to update to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and wait for some comments can consider themselves lucky, as the upgrade would have made their devices almost unusable.

We're not sure if those few carriers that started to push the Android 4.3 upgrade to their Galaxy S III devices have removed it as well, but it's a bit of a surprise that it got approved in the first place.

Given the fact that Android 4.3 Jelly Bean rollout for Galaxy S III has been allegedly halted, we can expect the same for the Galaxy Note II.

In fact, Samsung will probably have to work hard to fix the huge list of issues that Galaxy S III have been complaining of since they upgraded to Android 4.3, that they will have little time to prepare the Galaxy Note 2's update.

That, or they've looked into the issues reported by Galaxy S III users and found it present in the Android 4.3 update for Galaxy Note 2 as well.

Samsung has yet to comment on these rumors, but the fact still remains that Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for Galaxy S III is not a something one would want to install on their device. Stay tuned for more info on the matter.
