Following their official arrival on shelves in various markets around the world this week, the new Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear devices from Samsung have seen their kernel source published online today.

There are two source codes available for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, one for model number SM-N900T, which is the T-Mobile variant of the device, and another for SM-N900W8, as Android Police notes.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the first batch of firmware builds for the Galaxy Note 3 also emerged online a few days ago.

As mentioned above, the kernel source for the Galaxy Gear has been also posted online, enabling the developer community to tap into the features and capabilities of the device.

The necessary files can be downloaded from Samsung’s Open Source website, on this page for the Galaxy Note 3, and via this link for the Galaxy Gear.
