I could guess well enough that, next month when Computex Taipei happens, Samsung will be right there with everyone else, releasing PCs based on Intel's Haswell CPUs.

Now I don't have to guess, because other parties have reported that Samsung will definitely reveal notebooks there, and proceed to keep releasing laptops over the course of the rest of the year.

That's right, Samsung intends to launch a whole new collection of notebooks in June and during the second half of the year.

They will range from modest consumer models to business-centric configurations based on the best hardware possible. There's bound to be more than one gaming notebook thrown into the mix as well, along with a nice supply of ultrabooks for good measure.

At this rate, Samsung might just reach those 16 -17 million notebook shipments.
