Made official about two weeks ago, Samsung Omnia M is about to hit shelves in Italy. The phone is currently available for pre-order in Italy for 300 EUR (385 USD) outright, but it has yet to receive a price tag in North America.

The smartphone has been recently spotted at FCC (Federal Communications Commission) with AT&T HSPA bands, though it has been confirmed that Samsung Omnia M will be initially launched in Europe.

The budget-friendly phone is powered by Windows Phone Tango and comes equipped with a 1 GHz single-core Snapdragon S1 processor and only 384 MB of RAM.

In addition, the smartphone sports a pretty decent 4.0-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display and 4GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded to up to 7GB via SkyDrive online storage tool.
