Today, South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics officially announced the upcoming availability of its new Galaxy Win smartphone on shelves around the world, after formally introducing it in China last week.

The smartphone will be launched in both single- and dual-SIM flavors, and will become available for purchase in two color flavors, namely Ceramic White and Titan Grey, sammyhub reports.

The handset is powered by Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and packs a 1.2GHz quad-core processor inside, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal memory.

Samsung Galaxy Win also features a 4.7-inch touchscreen display, capable of delivering a WVGA resolution, a 5MP rear camera, front camera for video calling, a 2000 mAh battery, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and the like.

No specific info on the handset’s arrival and pricing has been provided as of now, but more should be announced soon, it seems.
