Both handsets were slated for release on AT&T's network as soon as November 8, the two companies announced.

The new Samsung Mythic comes around with Samsung's innovative TouchWiz user interface, and sports one-touch access to a wide range of features, including AT&T Mobile TV or social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace. Those who would like to try AT&T Mobile TV would pay only $9.99 per month, a price tag that would be put in place as soon as the new Samsung mobile phone was launched on November 8, the carrier announced. The price will also be adjusted for AT&T's existing subscribers, while new customers will receive the service for free for the first five days.

Other features the new Samsung Mythic comes around with include:

- AT&T Navigator (requires a separate subscription) and AT&T Mobile Music with Napster Mobile and eMusic Mobile;
- Stereo Bluetooth technology;
- Measures 4.49 x 2.06 x 0.5 inches and weighs 3.8 oz.
