Samsung's booth at IFA 2012 is large and literally filled with products and people checking them out, so we did not actually notice that the company was missing two OLED TVs when we were there.

Alas, the exhibition is, in fact, short of two such products. Though the full collection of displays left South Korea on August 21, the shipment that reached Germany on August 28 was lacking two of them.

The German and South Korean police are already on it, seeking to determine if this was theft or something else.

For Samsung's sake, the products would better be just misplaced. If this was a theft, the technology leak could cost the corporation trillions of won, according to The Korea Herald. And with one trillion won equaling $883,587,000, that's a lot of cash by anyone's standards.

Those who believe in karma may or may not attribute this occurrence to it.
