The last time we heard of the Samsung M610 there was no info on when it will be
released on Sprint, but now it is finally available for purchase.

None of the features have been changed and it is still equipped with a QVGA internal display, an OLED external display, a 2 megapixel camera and a microSD card slot (a 64MB card is included). It is Bluetooth enabled and it also allows the use of services such as Sprint PC and other Sprint PCS services.

Measuring 3.98 x 2.05 x 0.47, it is ultra-slim and smaller than a deck of playing cards, holding the title of the "thinnest clamshell wireless phone in the United States". The only change brought to the Samsung M610 is the change of color. The handheld is now jet black and has a smoother look than before.

Currently, the M610 can be purchased from Sprint for $179.99 with a 2 year commitment (offer valid till December the 2nd), or with no strings attached for $329.99
