Even though Samsung won against Apple in The Netherlands, ensuring freedom of movement for the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet, its efforts to ban the Apple iPhone 4S aren't bearing any fruit.

It wasn't so long ago that an Italian court ruled against Samsung in their ongoing patent fight.

Now, Germany's Mannheim Regional Court dismissed one of Samsung's patent infringement claims, the same way it rejected the first one last week.

It is unclear if Samsung is going to appeal either of these two cases.

Either way, there are three more lawsuits going on in Germany, involving five other patents.

For our part, we will just sit back and tune out all the court spats while focusing on whatever hilarity we can find instead, such as this hilarious commercial we should have reported on ages ago.
