Samsung India is preparing for the launch of Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear devices, which is set to take place on September 17 in New Delhi. However, these are not the only Samsung Galaxy products that will go on sale in India this month, PTINews claims.

As AndroidOS points out, Samsung Mobile Country Head Vineet Taneja confirmed for the cited source that his company would launch two mid-range Android smartphones in India by the end of the month.

“We will be launching two new smartphones priced for the mid-segment market. Every phone from Samsung will have nine vernacular language options,” said Taneja.

Even though Taneja did not unveil the name of the smartphones, we can expect both to pack dual-SIM and, as Samsung's official pointed out, multiple local languages support to encourage non-English speakers to purchase these handsets.

He also confirmed that the smartphones would be priced under Rs 15,000 ($235 / €180) outright. Taneja claims Samsung will continue to provide dual-SIM support to its smartphones launched in India for both mid- and high-end ranges.

Samsung's commitment to the Indian market is no news, as the South Korean company is trying to bring its latest products in India as soon as possible.

Although the names of the mid-range smartphones are unknown for the moment, there's a high chance Samsung will release the Galaxy Express and Galaxy Ace 3 devices this month.

Both Galaxy smartphones are powered by dual-core processors and pack 1GB of RAM. However, the Galaxy Express sports a large 4.5-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display that supports 800 x 480 pixels resolution, while the Galaxy Ace 3 features a much smaller 4-inch display.

It is also worth mentioning each smartphone has 5-megapixel rear-facing cameras and front-facing cameras for video calls. MicroSD card slots for memory expansion are included as well. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
