It comes with a 3.0-inch WQVGA full-touch screen and boasts the company's TouchWiz User Interface with Mobile Widgets, offering users the possibility to enjoy what their phone has to offer in an easy and intuitive manner.

Among the features of the phone we can count a 3.2-megapixel photo snapper with video recording capabilities, music recognition capabilities via Shazam’s “Find Music” service, 50MB of memory space coupled with a memory card slot with support for up to 8GB of additional storage space, along with full Internet browsing, accelerometer, support for a QWERTY soft keyboard, as well as “Gesture Lock” and handwriting features.

The Samsung Preston (S5600) comes in a slim and compact design, featuring support for full Internet browsing, 7.2Mbps HSDPA connectivity and accelerometer. It also includes a 2.8-inch QVGA full-touch screen and the TouchWiz UI, as well as a 3.2-megapixel camera, music recognition using Shazam’s “Find Music” service and an 80MB internal memory coupled with a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 8GB of additional storage space.

The Samsung Star will come to the market in Europe, Middle East Africa, South East Asia, South West Asia and Latin America in various color options, including Soft pink and Snow white, and is already available for purchase, the company says.
