The tablet PC is already available at 550,000 won ($491 / 375 Euro)

South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics has finally launched the Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet PC in its homeland market, making the Wi-Fi-only version available via the Samsung Digital Plaza and other stores at 550,000 won ($491 / 375 Euro).

Featuring an 8-inch 1280 x 800 pixels touchscreen display and a 1.6GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM, the device will provide users with appealing performance capabilities.

Furthermore, it hits the market with a 4600 mAh battery inside, as well as with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity capabilities, and with Google’s Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS loaded on top right from the start, as SammyHub reports.

Galaxy Note 8.0 also packs various exclusive features from Samsung, such as S Pen support (which powered a variety of applications designed for the Galaxy Note series), along with Multi-window, Awesome Note, Easy Clip, and Reading Mode.
