A few days before IFA started in Berlin, Samsung unveiled its latest Gear S smartwatch, which runs Tizen OS and boasts a curved display.

During the event itself, the Korean tech giant took the wearable on stage and showed it to the world, praising its design.

I admit, the Gear S does look better than the Gear 2 or Galaxy Gear, but it seems to me that Samsung hasn't managed to shrink its size enough. Well, I guess this is actually a matter of taste, so I’ll leave it aside for now.

Unlike its predecessors, the Gear S brings to the table a few features you won’t see be offered by other device manufacturers like 3G connectivity.

So, if you are still puzzled by the plethora of features coming with the Gear S, Samsung has your back as always. The company has just released a good-looking infographic in which it details all the capabilities of its newest progeny, like the integration of HERE Maps and the Nike Plus Running application.

For those of you who have missed our earlier IFA 2014 coverage, the Samsung Gear S arrives with a 2-inch Super AMOLED display, 1GHz dual-core processor and a 300mAh battery. You can also check out our hands-on with the wearable.
