If you’re a fan of how AT&T does business, we probably know that not so long ago the carrier added two Android tablets to its portfolio, in the form of the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO and Galaxy Tab4 10.1.

Now, it appears we’re going to see the more affordable Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 join the party, as well. As PhoneArena reports, a tablet bearing the number SM-T337A was spotted going through the FCC.

The dimensions of the tablet are 209 x 123.8 mm / 8.26 x 4.87 inches, which is a match for the proportions of the smaller, mid-range Samsung Galaxy Tab4 8.0.

On top of that, the FCC documents also reveal the tablet’s AT&T logo that has been plastered on the back, so the mystery regarding the device is pretty much lifted.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab4 8.0 is a pretty standard 8-inch Android tablet, coming with 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and drawing life from a quad-core Snapdragon 400 SoC clocked at 1.2GHz. The AT&T variant will certainly bring LTE to the table and, who knows, maybe other minor differences as well.

In related news, a tablet with model name SM-T337T has been listed in the Wi-Fi Alliance database, which indicates a Galaxy Tab4 8.0 version will be headed for T-Mobile too. And we’re still waiting for the Verizon model to appear.
