The whole new Galaxy Tab4 line-up will probably be made available at Verizon

After officially announcing the Galaxy Tab4 series a few days ago, now it looks like we’re going to see specific-carrier branded versions.

It’s not a surprise since Samsung already said the tablets are going to be made available in three versions, including Wi-Fi, 3G and LTE.

Now the Galaxy Tab4 8 going by model number SM-T337V has been spotted clearing the FCC with Verizon LTE in tow. The tablet is compatible with LTE bands 4 and 13 that exist under the Verizon banner.

It’s not really a shock, since a few days before the official announcement we saw the larger 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab4 clear the FCC too.

Apart from the Verizon LTE, the tablet boasts pretty much the same specs as the international version of the Galaxy Tab4 8.0 we saw arrive earlier this week.

For those who don’t remember, the tablet comes with an 8-inch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 CPU fitted with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD up to 64GB).

Other than that, we have two cameras onboard (1.3MP up in front and 3MP on the back), a 4,450 mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat as default operating system.

The pricing availability is unknown at the moment, but the Verizon model and the international one will probably launch around the same time.
