The official unveiling of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab Android-based tablet is only a few days ahead, and newer photos and details on this device have just emerged into the wild.

Among these details, we can count the fact that there might be a CDMA flavor of Galaxy Tab under development over at Samsung.

We already knew that the upcoming Android-based tablet PC would sport 3G connectivity options, but no info on it landing on the market with CDMA capabilities emerged until now.

According to a recent post on the iAndroid forum (via Engadget), the slate delivers great call quality, as well as support for Flash, and it also packs strong speakers. Other features of the device are also working, including the GPS.

However, it seems that the GSM flavor of Galaxy Tab should land on the market first.

In related news, we learn that the first accessories for Galaxy Tab have emerged on the Internet, including a keyboard peripheral, a leather case that doubles as a stand, and more.

The bottom line here is that Samsung decided that, in case users consider they wanted more from the upcoming slate, having a pair of accessories available to expand the functionality of this device would prove a great idea.

The list of accessories that Tab should support when released on the market includes a so-called “table charging station,” which seems to be the nicest piece of equipment to go along with the tablet PC, being priced at €54 ($69).

Beside its obvious purpose, this charging station should pack HDMI and audio output ports, turning the Galaxy Tab into an appealing multimedia solution.

Samsung's slate would support other accessories too, including a TV cable, car battery charger, or a USB Cable Adapter.

Other accessories spotted on one of Samsung’s online portals include the said keyboard peripheral, which is expected to boast a price tag of €82 ($105), and a leather case that would cost only €41 ($52).

Samsung is expected to make its Android tablet official on September 2, and more info on it should emerge at that time, so keep an eye on this space to learn the news.
