Back when it arrived in the UK for the first time, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 tablet was priced at a hefty £329/$538/€392, which might have discouraged some customers.

But if you didn’t have the opportunity to grab one so far, you’re in luck, as the slate is available for purchase with a £50/$81/€60 discount from online retailer Isme.

The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 is one of Sammy’s larger slates, coming with a 10.1-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen display and a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Under the bonnet, there’s an Intel Atom Z2560 chipset coupled with 1GB of RAM and a PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU.

Samsung offers 16GB of internal storage, with the possibility of extending to 64GB via the microSD card, a 3.15MP frontal snapper, and a powerful 6800 mAh battery.

Even though the tablet runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, an update to Android 4.3 should probably arrive in the near future.

We don’t know how much the deal is going to last, so hurry up and take advantage of the promotion while you still can.
