Months after the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 was launched in markets across the world, Samsung has finally listed the tablet in its official web-store in India.

It’s a bit puzzling why the Korean tech giant would choose to do so, especially since not so long ago Sammy introduced the successor line, the Tab 4 series which comes with Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 comes with a 10.1-inch screen and a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixel. The large tablet draws power from a 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor fitted with 1GB of RAM and backed up by 16GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD card to 64GB).

The slate also offers dual cameras (3MP in the front and 1.3MP on the back), 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n (2.4/5GHz), Wi-Fi Channel Bonding, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS + GLONASS.

The tablet is currently out of stock, but we can see Samsung plans to sell it for Rs. 36,340 / $603 / €436.

Samsung already launched the 7-inch and 8-inch variants from the Galaxy Tab 3 line-up last year. The company also introduced buyback offers for these particular models, in recent times.
