A few days before Samsung goes live in Barcelona at MWC 2015 to unveil its latest Galaxy S6, a bunch of alleged real life pictures of the device have surfaced online.

The images showing a purported Samsung Galaxy S6 model headed for AT&T have been published on the xda-forums by someone who obviously has access to the device.

Anyway, a few hours later the leakster came back to the same forum where he shared with us two images showcasing the Galaxy S6 Edge in the flesh for the first time, side by side the Galaxy S6.

The leak reveals some interesting details about the dual-edged variant of the device. As you clearly see in the first photograph, the two Edge displays on the S6 Edge aren't working independently from the main display.

An aspect that is quite odd given how the Galaxy Note Edge behaves, which means that Samsung has taken a slightly different approach with the S6 Edge. Sure, notifications will probably still get displayed on the side mini-screens, but at times content might be shown across all three screens.

The pictures come to confirm that Samsung has retain most design schematics it has traditionally used for its Galaxy S family of devices, so we shouldn't expect much innovation.

Anyway, if you missed our earlier coverage, we’re talking the opportunity to remind you that the recent leaked images showing the Galaxy S6 have confirmed a bunch of rumored feats.

Galaxy S6 shows no design innovation whatsoever

For example, it seems like the Korean tech giant has covered the Galaxy S6 with resistant glass, while removing the microSD card slot in the process. So you won’t be able to increase internal memory in case you realize you need more in your life.

Luckily, Samsung will be offering the phone in many variants including the hefty 128GB version.

Up front, the Galaxy S6 looks very much like the Galaxy S5, except for the sides which are more reminiscent of the Galaxy Alpha since they are made out of metal.

The images also confirm the Galaxy S6 won’t feature a removable battery like it’s the case with earlier flagships. So a SIM tray will be placed on the side of the device.
