14 DAY TRIAL // Samsung thought that it would be wise to take advantage of the Ice Bucket Challenge campaign for charity and advertise the Galaxy S5 in the process.
That being said, it looks like Samsung Galaxy S5 has just done the Ice Bucket Challenge and nominated three of its main rivals to do the same in the next 24 hours.
iPhone 5s, HTC One M8 and Nokia Lumia 930 have been challenged by Samsung Galaxy S5. According to Samsung, the Galaxy S5 Ice Bucket Challenge was done for the Motor Neurone Disease Association, but those accepting the challenge probably can donate to whichever charity they wish.
The 15-second video in which Samsung Galaxy S5 is voiced by a robot-like voice does seem a bit uninspired for our taste. Thumbs up though for whoever at Samsung thought of the idea of a smartphone taking the Ice Bucket Challenge and passing it on to others.
We sincerely hope that iPhone 5s, HTC One M8 and Nokia Lumia 930 will accept the challenge, but do the Ice Bucket Challenge with more style. On a side note, none of the nominated devices is waterproof (oops).
