Last week, an unannounced Samsung SM-G900S was spotted on GFXBench site, along with some of its specs that allegedly match those of the upcoming Galaxy S5.

Phonearena reports that another Galaxy S5 candidate, the mysterious Samsung SM-G900F, has just popped up at Righware’s Browsermark site, though aside from the benchmark’s score, nothing else has been revealed.

The good news is that Samsung SM-G900F is rated among the top 3 most powerful smartphones, along with iPhone 5s and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (AT&T).

The Galaxy S5 is expected to boast 2K (2560 x 1440 pixels) capacitive touchscreen display, as well as a powerful 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.

It’s likely to ship with Android 4.4 KitKat operating system out of the box at some point in April / May. The Galaxy S5 might be announced in early January at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2014, or in late February at MWC 2014 trade fair.
