As Galaxy S5 is drawing nearer to its official release, more and more leaked info on it emerges online, the latest of which comes in the form of alleged AnTuTu benchmarks for it.

The yet unannounced device has made headlines quite a few times before, rumored to sport high-end hardware specifications, yet no official confirmation on the matter has been provided as of now.

The aforementioned AnTuTu screenshots made it online over at HDBlog.it, offering yet another glimpse at the purported internal circuitry of the device.

Most of the specs listed in these images are in line with what was previously rumored on the handset, starting with its 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor. It will also sport Adreno 330 graphics, it seems.

However, the phone is said to pack only 2GB of RAM, despite the fact that previous reports on it suggested 3GB, the same as inside Galaxy Note 3. It should sport 16GB of internal memory.

Samsung Galaxy S5 is also expected to arrive on shelves with a 16-megapixel camera on the back, which should prove a great enhancement over the 13MP sensor present on last year’s flagship devices.

Moreover, the phone is expected to arrive on shelves with a 2MP front camera, and with a screen capable of delivering a full HD resolution. The full set of usual sensors will also be available on this device.

Samsung’s upcoming flagship phone emerged in AnTuTu with Android 4.4.2 KitKat loaded on top. The handset is also expected to sport a brand new user interface from Samsung.

The leaked screenshots unveil a benchmarking score of 35,666, which is quite impressive, one should agree. However, there’s no telling on whether this is indeed the Galaxy S5, and it also remains to be seen whether the benchmark results are real or not.

Several days ago, Samsung confirmed a press event for MWC 2014 in Barcelona, and chances are that Galaxy S5 will be announced there, so stay tuned for official, specific details on it.
