Samsung appears set to bring to the market a new version of the Galaxy S4 mini smartphone in the not too distant future, and the device has already been spotted at the Wi-Fi Alliance featuring model number SGH-I257M.

No specific info on what the new device model will bring new has been provided as of now, but chances are that it will prove to be only a region-specific flavor of the smartphone, SamMobile notes.

Furthermore, the news site claims that it might be Bell Canada’s version of the handset, given that the wireless carrier is usually adding the M to its smartphones’ model numbers.

The specifications list of the device should remain the same: a 1.4GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory, an 8MP photo snapper, and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean loaded on top.
