Samsung is still having troubles fulfilling the high demand for its Galaxy S 4 flagship smartphone. Although the South Korean company has announced that the smartphone will be available in limited quantities in late April / early May, things are worse than expected.

Lots of carriers and retailers sold their Galaxy S 4 stocks in just a few days, while others did not even manage to secure their first shipments.

The same seemed to have happened to Three, one of UK’s major carriers that should have received the Galaxy S 4 a few days ago.

According to the carrier, “there have been issues in us receiving stock from Samsung due to the huge demand for the Galaxy S4. We’ve been working with Samsung in trying to get the stock out to customers as soon as we receive it.”

Although some customers who ordered their Samsung Galaxy S 4 units via authorized retailers such as Carphone Warehouse have already received their devices, those who have pre-ordered the smartphone via Three are still waiting to get it.

However, it appears that in last couple of days, the carrier has already started to ship some of the pre-orders it has received: “we’ve already started fulfilling the preorders this week and will be letting customers know when they can expect their phone.”

The good news is that Three has just confirmed that Samsung Galaxy S 4 has finally landed and customers can now order it via its online store.

Samsung Galaxy S 4 is available at Three UK on the Ultimate Internet 500 plan for £35/€40/$55 a month and £49/€55/$75 upfront cost. Customers can also choose The One Plan for £37/€45/$58 a month and £49/€55/$75 upfront cost.

Those who do not wish to commit to a long-term contract can grab the Galaxy S 4 on PAYG (pay as you go) for £550/€650/$855. Check it out here.
