Last week, Samsung announced the world’s first smartphone to pack a curved display, the Galaxy Round. The handset maker has confirmed that the curved phone will be available in South Korea beginning this week via SK Telecom carrier.

Even though the phone has yet to hit shelves, SamMobile reports that it has been able to grab the first firmware for the Galaxy Round and has made it available for download.

Samsung Galaxy Round has been confirmed to ship with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box, but those who wish to flash the new firmware onto their phones should know that it’s quite a large download as the file is about 1.5GB in size.
