You need baby fingers to operate the keyboard, men should not buy this phone; period. The keyboard doesn't seem to operate in the horizontal either. Or is there something I haven't found out yet. It's a new phone. Can the keyboard be operated in the horizontal position? If it can't men don't waste your money, I'm about to return mine.

I got my keyboard to work in the horizontal mode.
If you search for tutorials on the net you can get lots of information on adjustments you can make to your new phone.
I have only had mine a few days and IMO it's great for the money and I have gotten used to the virtual keyboard although I was reserved about it at the start.

It really needs a slide out keyboard ESPECIALLY FOR THE COST.

Yes for the money it definately needs a slide out keyboard. StraightTalk should get better phones with their economical plan, then people would no longer need the high priced carriers. Competition makes the world more economical and produces better products and services.

Can you upgrade the OS on this phone or have to buy a new one?

I replaced the keyboard with swiftkey 3 and it solved the keyboard problem, its more accurate with the keys you are trying to press and has a great correction for when you miss .. i personally like the phone for the money but hate the camera it should of at least came with auto focus and flash.
