After launching its newest tablet line, the Galaxy NotePRO and Galaxy TabPRO in markets like the US, UK or Taiwan, Samsung is pushing the most expensive product of the bunch head-first on the Indian market.

The Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, the only tablet of the four to come bundling S-Pen functionality, has arrived in the country and will sell for the chunky price of Rs. 64,900 / $1,044 / €763 and is expected to go on sale soon, according to FoneArena.

For those who don’t remember, this premium tablet features a 12.2-inch WQXGA display with a resolution of 2650 x 1600 pixels and is powered by an Exynos 5 Octa processor (1.9GHz x 4 + 1.3GHz x 4) combined with 3GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage.

Other highlights of this massive device include the huge 9500mAh battery and the fact that it runs Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

The tablet should make it to the country in Wi-Fi/3G and LTE versions, but the Wi-Fi model will probably be made available first.
