It looks like India won't be the only Asian country that launched the Samsung Galaxy Note, as the Korean handset maker has just announced the upcoming availability of the smartphone in Vietnam and Malaysia.

According to Samsung, the Galaxy Note will go live in both countries on November 11, followed by other countries in Southeast Asia.

Even though there's no word on the phone's price options, the Galaxy Note is now available in India for $700 (510 EUR), so it's safe to assume that it will be priced in the same range.

With one of the largest 5.3-inch HD Super AMOLED displays available in the market, Samsung Galaxy Note provides an immersive viewing experience.

The superphone is delivered with an advanced pen-input technology, called the S Pen, which allows users to multi-task, create and browse more, with almost no interruptions, while on on the move.

Basically, with the included digital S Pen users can accurately sketch and artwork, or even hand-write emails, which are converted into digital characters.

GALAXY Note is a revolutionary product to open a new category in the mobile industry and I am very proud of this accomplishment,” said JK Shin, President and Head of Samsung’s Mobile Communications Business.

Hardware-wise, the Galaxy Note is equipped with a powerful 1.4GHz dual-core Exynos processor and a Mali-400MP graphics processing unit, which ensure the device is fast and smooth.

In addition, users can take advantage of the phone's lightning fast network speeds via HSPA or LTE-enabled connections, allowing for a quick and seamless browsing experience.

On the inside, the Galaxy Note packs 16/32GB storage, 1 GB of RAM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB, 2 GB memory card included).

The phone also boasts an 8-megapixel rear camera that can record full HD (1080p) videos, as well as a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
