Samsung has already confirmed its Unpacked event at IFA 2014 trade fair on September 3 and the company is expected to reveal the next device in the Note series of phablets.

The Galaxy Note 4 is definitely going to be unveiled in early September, but the smartphone will not be available for purchase immediately.

However, Samsung plans to make the Galaxy Note 4 available on the market before Apple launches the iPhone 6, which is why we expect the Android phablet to be available 1 or 2 weeks after the official unveiling.

Previous rumors point to a mid-September market release for Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and recent leaks seem to confirm these speculations.

The fact that the retail box of the phablet has just appeared online via Phonearena does seem to point that Samsung is almost ready to unleash its new flagship smartphone on the market.

In fact, the image of the Galaxy Note 4 on the retail box shows the September 15 date, which might be the exact release date of the smartphone on the market.

Aside from that, there aren’t too many other features shown on the retail box. Perhaps it’s worth mentioning that the phablet comes with the same set of buttons as the Samsung Galaxy S5, which means it will pack the same physical Home button, along with the Task Manager and Back touch-sensitive keys.

According to the latest hearsay, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 should boast a relatively large 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that should support QHD (2540 x 1440 pixels) resolution.

Even though we don’t have a confirmation yet, the phone’s display may also feature Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating for extra protection against scratches and accidental drops.

On the back, the handset should pack a 16-meagpixel camera with ISOCELL sensor, LED flash, autofocus and video recording. It’s unclear whether or not the phone’s main photo snapper will be able to capture 4k video or will be limited to full HD (1080p) clips.

Either way, we know for sure that the smartphone will be equipped with a powerful processor, probably a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset with 3GB of RAM inside.

There are no details on the amount of storage, but we expect the phablet to pack 16GB or 32GB of internal memory, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 128GB). We will know more once the phablet goes official in early September, so stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
