Last week, Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note 4 handset was spotted online in the AnTuTu benchmark database, which unveiled most of its hardware specs, yet details on the phone’s performance capabilities did not emerge at the time.

Today, however, that has changed, as info on its processor’s benchmarking scores has leaked, offering us a better understanding of what the next-generation Galaxy Note smartphone will have to offer.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the Galaxy Note 4 was said to arrive on the market in two different variants, one packing the Exynos 5433 processor, while the other featuring a Snapdragon 805 CPU inside.

Both smartphone models were already expected to be able to deliver great performance capabilities, and the newly leaked info on the matter shows that things will indeed be this way.

However, it appears that the first device iteration, the one powered by an octa-core 64-bit Exynos 5433 chipset, will perform much better than the Snapdragon 805-based counterpart. The former went up to 40,303 points in AnTuTu, while the latter managed to hit only 37,780 points in the same test, as GimmickMag has found out.

For those eagerly waiting for the release of Galaxy Note 4, the newly leaked info on the handset should sound great, as they will certainly be able to grab one of the most powerful devices out there.

The smartphone was rumored to arrive on the market with a 5.7-inch touchscreen display capable of delivering a Quad HD resolution, which will certainly need a powerful processor to power it.

Moreover, the phone will sport the ARM Mali-T706 GPU inside the Exynos model, and Adreno 420 graphics paired with the Snapdragon 805 processor. The former is also said to perform better than the latter does.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is also rumored to be released with 3GB of RAM inside, as well as with 32GB of internal memory, and with a microSD memory card slot for storage expansion purposes.

The same as the Galaxy S5, the upcoming handset should sport a 16-megapixel camera on the back, with 4K video recording capabilities. Moreover, it is said to include a 3.6MP front camera for making video calls.

The upcoming Galaxy Note 4 will also sport all of the usual connectivity options and sensors inside, while running under the latest flavor of Android right out of the box.

Rumor has it that Samsung will make the new mobile phone official in September, during the IFA 2014 show in Berlin. Stay tuned for additional info on the matter.
