One of the Samsung handsets that should become official before the end of this year has been long rumored to be the Galaxy Note 4, which is now said to land on shelves with a variety of brand new features inside.

The info comes from infamous tipster evleaks in the form of a list with the various APK files included on the device right from the start.

What we can see on the list includes applications such as VoiceNote4t and SamsungMusic_20, along with SmartcardManager, PhotoTable, FingerprintService, and more, which leave little room for questions regarding their purpose.

However, other apps mentioned in said list appear to confirm new features for the handset, including a SStudio_WQHD APK that could suggest that the upcoming smartphone will indeed feature a Quad HD touchscreen display.

There is also SHealth3_5, pointing at the inclusion of Samsung’s health and fitness tracking software on the device, along with OutOfFocusViewer, PhotoStudio, and SmartSelfShot, all three suggesting that camera improvements are coming to the phone.

According to previous reports, Samsung might make Galaxy Note 4 official during the IFA 2014 trade show in Berlin with a 5.7-inch WQHD screen, a Snapdragon 805 processor, and a 16MP or higher camera on the back. However, no official confirmation on the matter has been provided as of now.
