Lucky owners of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 will be happy to know that the South Korean company has just kicked off the rollout of Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update in Europe.

German site All About Samsung reports that the update is now pushed through to Galaxy Note 10.1 users in Germany, but other regions will receive it within the following days as well.

Software update XXBL9 is about 300MB in size and is being rolled out OTA (over the air) now. There are no additional details on the changes included in this update, but they must be extensive, given the large size of the file.

We expect more reports on the availability of the Jelly Bean update for Galaxy Note 10.1 to emerge soon, so stay tuned for more info on the matter.
