The Korean tech giant announces its latest Galaxy Note 10.1

It’s official! Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10.1 – 2014 Edition finally got a launching date and price tag attached to its name, in the US.

According to the Korean giant’s official press release, those mesmerized enough by the slate can place a pre-order starting September 27, but the device won’t start popping up in retail shelves until October 10.

The 16GB Wi-Fi version will be available for purchase at $549.99 / €408 while the 32GB Wi-Fi version will be priced $599.99 / €445. Both versions can be ordered directly from Samsung or Best Buy, Amazon or Walmart and others.

There’s also a little change with the product, so far we have seen the device going by the name of Galax Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), but Samsung rolled it out today branded Galaxy Note 10.1 – 2014 Edition.

The tablet comes with an impressive Super Clear LCD display with amazing 2,560 x 1,600-pixel density. To welcome the high-resolution mode, Samsung has also pulled the curtain off a new shiny interface reminiscent of traditional magazines, called My Magazine.

The Korean giant has packed an Exynos 5420 quad-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM inside, which supports advanced professional programs as well as powerful gaming graphics.

Of course, Samsung has bundled an advanced and updated S Pen with the tablet, which comes with features like Action Memo, Scrapbooker, Screen Write, S Finder and Pen Window.
