Canadian customers looking for a premium tablet solution, we have good news for you. Samsung has officially announced that the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition is now available for purchase in the country.

And that’s not all the good news. If you hurry up and grab your tablet before November 30, Sammy is willing to throw some extra goodies your way.

So, if you jump now into the Galaxy Note 10.1 bandwagon, you’ll get a CAD$20 / $19 / €14 Samsung Apps gift card, three months of free streaming music via Rdio, two free eBooks of your choice from the For Dummies series and 50GB of free cloud storage for two years via Dropbox.

The vice president of enterprise business division for Samsung Canada made the official announcement.

“The new Galaxy Note 10.1 is our most progressive 10-inch tablet yet, delivering one of the best viewing and multitasking experiences on the market.”

“Not only is this device both fashionable and portable, but it also demonstrates our continued focus on constant product innovation and our commitment to providing a variety of products that Canadians can choose from to help make their lives easier and more enjoyable.”

As a quick round-up, the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition slate features a beautiful resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and a 1.9GHz octa-core Exynos processor with 3GB of RAM. 32GB of storage are provided onboard and the slate comes with support for S-Pen.

The standard tablet features will be present with this Sammy slate too. Users will get microSD card, GSP, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The battery life is said to be decent enough. The slate will ship with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box.

The tablet is said to be available in classic white via Best Buy, Future Shop and other retails for CAD $599.99 / $575 / €425 a pop. The trouble is that the device appears to be sold out in these online locations.

We have previously reported that the slate has been made available with the above-mentioned retailers ever since November 1, before Samsung made its official announcement. It's probably going to be hard to take advantage of the promotion in these conditions.
