Yesterday, there was very little that I could actually write about the upcoming successor to the Samsung Galaxy camera, called Galaxy NX.

This has now changed though. The folks at Vietnamese site Tinhte got their hands on the first two press photos of the device.

They also learned what some of the specifications would be, other than the Android OS (Android 4.2 Jelly Bean).

First off, the camera has a 20.3MP APS-C sensor.

Secondly, the light sensitivity is of up to 25,600, which makes for very clear images, especially at 1080p resolution (photo and video recording).

Furthermore, the Galaxy NX / Galaxy Camera 2 has a 4.3-inch display and a dual-core or quad-core CPU.

An interchangeable i-Function lens and current NX lenses will be supported.

Sales should start on June 20, 2013, for over €1000 / $1,000 – 1,322 if the previous rumor holds water.
