We already know Samsung has at least two new Galaxy J smartphones in the pipeline. The Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 leaked a few times in the past, so we know just about everything there is to know about their specs.

The only things left to find is when the smartphones will be launched on the market and how much they will cost.

Well, it looks like the folks over at Winfuture.de have just published the first official pictures of the smartphones, along with their specs.

First of all, the Galaxy J5 will be equipped with a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card slot.

Samsung Galaxy J7 packs the same amount of memory, but it's powered by a much better 64-bit 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 610 processor.

They will be available in black, white and gold

Furthermore, the Galaxy J5 sports a 5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution, while the Galaxy J7 has a slightly larger 5.5-inch screen with the same resolution.

On the back, both smartphones boast 13-megapixel photo snappers with autofocus, LED flash and video recording, while in the front they feature 5-megapixel cameras with LED flash and a large field of view in order to shoot great selfies.

Connectivity-wise, both devices offer 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC (Near Field Communication) and dual-SIM support in Asia.

Last but not least, Samsung Galaxy J5 is powered by a 2,600 mAh battery, whereas the Galaxy J7 is equipped with a larger 3,000 mAh battery.

The Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 will ship with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system right out of the box. They will be available by the end of the month for €200 and €255, respectively.
