With only 10 days until Samsung goes official with its next-generation Galaxy S III smartphone, the first benchmarks of the device have started to emerge online.

The guys over at PhoneArena have just published a screenshot received from an anonymous tipster, which is allegedly demonstrating the graphics performance of the Galaxy S III.

It appears that the Samsung GT-I9300 exceeded all expectations. Android enthusiasts, who were worried by the fact that the device would come with the Mali-400 MP graphics processing unit rather than the highly-praised Mali T-604, should rest assured that the Galaxy S III will outperform all other devices in its range.

According to these results, the GT-I9300 beats the HTC One S and One X (Snapdragon S4 and Nvidia Tegra 3 CPU), as well as the iPhone 4S.
