T-Mobile customers will be pleased to know that they will get more alternatives when it comes to Android phones, as the Magenta carrier is likely to add another mid-range handset to its portfolio, the Galaxy Avant.

This is the first time Samsung Galaxy Avant (SM-G386) leaks online, so there’s no telling what features it will bring. The good news is that at least now we know what the smartphone looks like, thanks to @evleaks.

Based on the date showed on the phone’s home screen, Samsung Galaxy Avant might go on sale at T-Mobile on July 28. However, this could also mean that the carrier will officially introduce the smartphone, but not necessarily put it on sale.

When it comes to specs sheet, the only things we can tell is that it will come with 4G LTE support, a rear-facing camera with LED flash and a faux-leather back cover.

We also expect the Galaxy Avant to ship with Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system out of the box and come equipped with a quad-core processor. Obviously, these specs have yet to be confirmed, so take the info with a grain of salt until the official announcement.

We’re expecting more details on the mid-range smartphone to emerge in the coming weeks, so stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
