Samsung’s Galaxy Ace IIx has been available in Canada for a few months now, but Rogers has yet to add it to its portfolio of budget-friendly Android smartphones.
Well, it appears that’s about to change, as
MobileSyrup reports the smartphone is now on its way to Rogers’ airwaves. Samsung Galaxy Ace IIx will be available for only $225/€165 on no-term.
The device ships with
Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box and packs a 1GHz single-core processor, which should be enough to run most apps and games.
Other highlights of the phone include: 5-megapixel rear photo snapper, 4-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution, Wi-Fi and 3G support, 4GB of internal memory, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
