That goes for both the Tab 3 10.1 and Tab 3.8 models

Samsung won't start selling the Galaxy Tab 3 tablets until June or July this year (2013), but it has mostly finalized the hardware design already, which is why techblog.gr

was able to post the specifications.

Of course, the fact that the specifications have surfaced could also mean that the item will debut sooner than that. We can only hope.

In any case, there are, or will be, two versions of the Galaxy Tab 3: Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and Galaxy tab 3 8. Obviously, the former is the larger of the two.

Galaxy Tab 3 8 is blessed with a 1.5 GHz dual-core Samsung ARM CPU, an unknown GPU (possibly Mali), an 8-inch LCD (1280 x 800 pixels resolution) and 2 GB of RAM.

It also happens to use Wi-Fi, DLNA, Bluetooth 4.0, a micro USB port, two cameras (3 MP back, 1.3 MP front webcam) and a micro SD card slot.

Everything runs Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system on a 4500 mAh battery. The storage capacity was not revealed (probably 16 / 32 GB, maybe 8 GB for low cost).

The other tablet measures 10.1 inches of course, and has largely the same hardware features, although not quite.

The dual-core 1.5 GHz CPU is the same, but there is just 1 GB of RAM, oddly enough (probably out of more than one possibility).

The storage capacity is known this time, 16 GB, though we are quite sure a 32 GB model will debut eventually, if not right away.

The cameras are the same as on the 8-inch slate, and buyers will also find the Wi-Fi, DLNA, Bluetooth 4.0 and micro SD card slot.

The battery is stronger, at 7000 mAh, and the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system seems bigger and brighter in the 10.1-inch panel, even though the resolution is the same 1280 x 800 pixels.

Finally, both Galaxy Tab 3 tablets can accomplish 3G / HSPA broadband communications, as well as of 4G / LTE.
