Samsung has finally released the promised Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE in South Korea.

The standard version of the tablet received the update in Europe last month, but South Korean owners have been left out until recently.

Today, Samsung officially confirmed Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE owners living in South Korea can upgrade their tablets to Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Keep in mind that for the time being the update is only available for download through Samsung Kies desktop software, so make sure you have the latest version installed prior to upgrading.

Previously launched with Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system out of the box, Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE will be added new features and improvements with ICS, including Face Unlock, Data Management, Android Beam and more.
