Canadian carrier Fido silently added two Android smartphones to its portfolio, the Galaxy S II LTE and Galaxy Ace IIx.

Both devices are available on-term or outright, so customers can grab the Galaxy S II LTE for only $50/€40 on 2-year agreements or pay $450/€335 upfront for the device. Check it out here.

The affordable Samsung Galaxy Ace IIx can be had for free on a 2-year contract, but customers unwilling to commit to long-term plan can buy the smartphone for only $225/€170 on prepaid. Check it out here.

Given their different price range, Android enthusiasts should expect very different features. For example, the Galaxy S II LTE ships with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean platform out of the box, while the Galaxy Ace IIx is powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
