Virgin Mobile USA is about to add another affordable Android smartphone to its portfolio, the Samsung Galaxy Reverb.
The carrier recently confirmed the smartphone would be available for pre-order starting August 29. The Galaxy Reverb will go on sale in September for $250 USD (200 EUR) off-contract.
Samsung Galaxy Reverb
is an ICS-powered smartphone that packs a 1.4 GHz single-core processor and a 5-megapixel rear photo snapper with autofocus, LED flash and video recording.
In addition, the device sports a more than decent 4.0-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution and 16 million colors. There’s also a secondary1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls.
The Galaxy Reverb offers a range of connectivity options, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS support and microUSB. The smartphone also includes microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 64GB).
