Samsung GALAXY Reverb Tipped for Virgin Mobile

Virgin Mobile USA is about to add another affordable Android smartphone to its portfolio, the Samsung Galaxy Reverb.

The carrier recently confirmed the smartphone would be available for pre-order starting August 29. The Galaxy Reverb will go on sale in September for $250 USD (200 EUR) off-contract.

Samsung Galaxy Reverb is an ICS-powered smartphone that packs a 1.4 GHz single-core processor and a 5-megapixel rear photo snapper with autofocus, LED flash and video recording.

In addition, the device sports a more than decent 4.0-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution and 16 million colors. There’s also a secondary1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls.

The Galaxy Reverb offers a range of connectivity options, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS support and microUSB. The smartphone also includes microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 64GB).
