Samsung plans to launch another dual-SIM Android smartphone in India after the South Korean company introduced the Galaxy Win Duos and Galaxy Fame Duos earlier this month.

Unlike the standard Galaxy Pocket Neo model, also known as Samsung GT-S5310, the Galaxy Pocket Neo Duos (GT-S5312) comes with dual-SIM capability.

According to fonearena, the smartphone will soon be released to India, though no price or exact launch date have been confirmed yet.

The Galaxy Pocket Neo Duos recently appeared on Samsung India’s official website, so we can safely assume the smartphone will soon be up for grabs in the country.

Although there’s no word on pricing options, we expect the handset to be available for under $200/€155 outright, due to its low hardware configuration.

The good news is that Galaxy Pocket Neo Duos has been confirmed to arrive with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box.

Aside from that and the fact that it offers dual-SIM capability, the smartphone is far from being impressive even for a budget-friendly device.

It comes with a small 3-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 240 x 320 pixels resolution, as well as 4GB of internal memory that can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card.

Hardware-wise, Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo Duos is equipped with a low-performance 850 MHz single-core processor, which is complemented by 512MB of RAM.

On the back, the smartphone sports a sub-par 2-megapixel main camera with video recording. There’s no secondary camera included, but the phone supports HSDPA (7.2Mbps) and HSUPA (5.76Mbps).

The phone’s 1200 mAh Li-Ion battery has yet to be rated by the manufacturer. Other highlights of the phone include: Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi connectivity, GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS, FM Radio with RDS and FM recording, as well as 3.5mm audio jack.

Keep in mind that Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo Duos is expected to arrive in India in three different color options: White, Silver and Blue.
