Rumors about a pink-themed Samsung Galaxy Note surfaced about two weeks ago, but the handset maker did not confirm any of it at that time.

Today, the folks at Engadget have spotted the pink version of Galaxy Note at this year’s CeBIT exhibition, in Hannover, Germany.

Although the device showcased at Samsung’s booth is just a dummy unit, it appears that the handset maker decided to imprint the same texturized pattern on the back of the phone instead of the glossy rear specific to the European model.

Obviously, the specs sheet will be similar to the Black and White color versions, including the hyper-vibrant 5.3-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports 800 x 1280 pixels resolution.

It will be interesting to see whether the pink-themed Galaxy Note will be equipped with Samsung’s Exynos 1.4 GHz dual core CPU, or it will be powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8660 Snapdragon processor.
