Samsung GALAXY Discover Confirmed for January 15 at Bell Canada

Samsung Galaxy Discover is an entry-level Android smartphone, which made its entrance in Canada about two months ago. The handset is available for purchase via TELUS for only $80/€60 on prepaid.

However, the folks over at MobileSyrup have just learned that the Galaxy Discover will arrive at Bell as well, on January 7.

The carrier is likely to offer the smartphone for around $100/€75 on no-term, but we’re still waiting for official word on this one.

Samsung Galaxy Discover ships with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box and packs an 800 MHz single-core processor.

The budget-friendly Android handset also features a 3-megapixel rear camera, a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 320 x 480 pixels resolution, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
