As expected, Canadian carrier Bell has just released the budget-friendly Samsung Galaxy Discover Android smartphone.

The handset made its debut in Canada at TELUS and SaskTek, and will be launched by Virgin Mobile as well. Customers can now purchase the Galaxy Discover via Bell for only $200/€150 outright.

Furthermore, those who do not mind committing to a long-term contract can grab the Samsung Galaxy Discover for free with a new three-year agreement. Check it out here.

The Galaxy Discover ships with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box and packs a low-performance 800 MHz single-core processor.

In addition, the smartphone sports a decent 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 320 x 480 pixels resolution.

On the inside, Samsung Galaxy Discover embeds 512MB of RAM and 4GB of storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card.
